Neiman Marcus
I create interactive web designs for the luxury retailer Neiman Marcus. This includes emails for sales, select Neiman Marcus events, the InCircle benefits program, and event-triggered emails (ETEs). ETEs are emails our customers receive after specific actions take place associated with their accounts such as subscribing to receive our emails, signing up for InCircle, reminding them of products left in their online cart and more.
Accomplishments:
- Introduced live text usage in store event emails including templates
- Created more engaging animated content
- Taught team members how to create cinemagraphs
- Introduced usage of smart objects and linked Photoshop files for repeating assets
In these cinemagraphs, the water gently flows behind the model which was used to feature CUSP contemporary activewear.
